How To Be An Animal

Before you gave him food
He sits without being told
He waits with tail uncontrolled
He lays to satisfy his taste even
With a piece of of bone

Soon enough he is back unrestrained
Wild as he seems to be
Never gets tired running and barking
A status that is left with much freedom
His nature that makes him special
but not human

However who would have thought such filthy
A messenger by morning
A secret agent by evening
Masked by his mutant identity
Least expected because of his star quality

Indeed the wise man shared,
"when there is no vision
they run wild unrestrained,
but those who keep the law are blessed"

We eat but don't remember
Yet it satisfies our hunger
Same with His seed planted
the more we water, it grows unlimited

I'm but a creature that longs for a purpose
A ruling that will invade my heartbeat
A diet that will keep me going through eternity

Awesome is He who sends His word
and makes me part of His creativity

That's how He works for you and me...
